Position Title: Housing Technician:

West CAP, a Community Action Organization, is currently seeking two, full-time, Housing Technicians to be members of the production team performing weatherization measures and rehabilitation of existing housing.

Qualifications include a minimum of a high school or equivalent degree, ability to lift up to 50#, to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, read written instructions and follow verbal directions. Must be able to use hand tools, circular saw, reciprocating saw, cordless drill, power drill, hammer drill, vacuum cleaner, table saw, power miter box, and safety equipment. A valid driver’s license is required and deemed insurable.
