HomeWorks offers rental opportunities in six communities: Barron, Clayton, Colfax, Ellsworth, Glenwood City, and Rice Lake. Each site features thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient townhomes and apartments. Rents are set at levels that are affordable for low and moderate-income families - based on apartment size and qualifying household income. Homeworks provides rental and management services for our buildings and utilizes a resident assisted management system. Sunrise Meadow Homes are located on the north edge of Barron in an attractive rural setting. The site consists of six buildings with 24 apartments. The development includes twelve spacious three-bedroom town homes, and twelve one and two bedroom single level town homes. There are eleven single car garages available to tenants. These units also include efficient kitchen and heating appliances, including: fully equipped kitchen, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In-floor radiant heat is included in the rent. The site is located on a lot overlooking Lake Camelia in Clayton, Wisconsin. There are 36 one or two-bedroom units, with rents ranging from $730 to $1200 per month. Homestead Village This beautiful and new three-story housing development for seniors offers residents a comfortable yet affordable housing opportunity for people whose income is between 30% and 60% of the area median income.
