West CAP HomeWorks offers rental opportunities in eight communities: Barron, Clayton, Colfax, Ellsworth, Glenwood City, Rice Lake, St Croix Falls, and Hammond. Each offers thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient town homes or apartments.

Rents are set at a level that makes our apartments affordable for low and moderate-income families; based on apartment size and qualifying household income.

Homeworks also provides rental and management services for our buildings and utilizes a resident assisted management system.

Sunrise Meadow Limited Partnership – Barron, WI

Sunrise Meadow was built in 1997 and is located on the north edge of Barron in an attractive rural setting while providing a short drive from the downtown area. The site consists of six buildings with 24 town home style apartments. The development includes twelve spacious three bedroom town homes, and twelve one and two bedroom single level town homes. There are eleven single car garages available to tenants for a monthly fee.

These units also include efficient kitchen and heating appliances. Including; fully equipped kitchen, range, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. In-floor radiant heat is included in rent.

Sunrise Meadow II LLC - Barron , WI

Sunrise Meadow II was built in 2007 and is located on the north edge of Barron in the same rural setting as Sunrise Meadow Limited Partnership. This site consists of three buildings with 24 town home style apartments. The development includes 21 spacious 2 bedroom town home units and three 1 bedroom town homes all on one level with handicapped adaptability. There are twelve single car garages available to tenants for a monthly fee. These units include an efficient kitchen including, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a/c unit, washer, dryer, and garbage disposal. The heating system is a comfortable and efficient electric in floor radiant heat.

CAP Town Homes – Clayton, WI

This site is located on a large lot located in the village of Clayton . There are eight town homes that provide; private entries, patio area, large yard, and off street parking. Each town home is two-story 3 bedroom 2 bath design totaling 1368 sq feet. Each unit has generous kitchen storage and closet space. Included with each unit are refrigerator, range w/exhaust hood, and washer/dryer hook ups.

Colfax Prairie Homes – Colfax, WI

This development is located on the south edge of Colfax. Situated off Park Street and conveniently located across Hwy 40 from Shopping mall, grocery store, and the bank. The site is designed with five buildings totaling 24 units. Four of the buildings are town house style and the remaining building is a two-story apartment building. Trillium Green Town Homes LLC – Ellsworth, WI

This development is located on the north edge of Ellsworth, just off U.S. Highway 65. Trillium Green consists of six buildings with four town homes in each. There are eight 3 bedroom units, 13 2 bedroom units, and three 1 bedroom units. This development provides eight two story town homes in a newer residential neighborhood in Glenwood City . Each town home is three bedrooms, two bath design, with plenty of kitchen storage and closet space. All town homes have private home entries, patios, washer/dryer hook ups, landlord paid in-floor radiant heat, stove and refrigerator and on-site trash pick-up.

Hammond Homes – Hammond, WI

This development built in 2008 provides two bedroom town homes with 1 car attached garages. Located on a dead end street these town homes provide privacy with easy access to I-94 and twin cities. Designed for Seniors 55 and over; the floor plan is built on one level with Washer, Dryer, Stove, Refrigerator, and dishwasher provided. This site is located on the southern portion of Rice Lake and is within walking distance of UW Barron County, and Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College . This apartment building is a three story buildings with 24 - 2 bedroom units and 1 efficiency unit.

Each unit measures 740 square feet, has eight-foot ceiling height, and is individually metered for electricity. Units are individually heated by electric baseboard heating and are equipped with range, refrigerator, and trash pick up. An off-street asphalt parking lot is available to all tenants and there is a coin operated laundry room located on the lower level.
