HomeWorks provides experienced and comprehensive Property Management Services to all West CAP projects. Services include selecting, training and monitoring site staff, marketing and rental management, grounds care and landscaping services, snow removal, maintenance and all other service contracts, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, taking action as needed to enforce rules and insure timely receipt of accounts, provide for bookkeeping services and financial report distribution, and generally insuring for the smooth operation of the property.

West CAP also provides Asset Management Services for all projects in which we are partners. This involves assessing the capital improvement needs of a property, reserve account requirements, financial management, setting rental policies, and fulfilling all lender, investor and governmental agency reporting requirements.

HomeWorks also provides Property and Asset Management services on a contract basis for other properties.
